2. The Service

SquadsLink is developing a platform intended for SocialFi campaigns. Upon launch, the Service is planned to include:

• Authentication via your X account.
• A system for tracking points based on posts and engagement that mention our official handle.
• A public leaderboard displaying user ranks.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use the Service, you must sign in using a valid X account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to create an account using false information or on behalf of someone else.

4. Leaderboard and Points System

Points are awarded based on a formula that considers engagement on your posts that mention our specified keyword or handle. You may update your points once every 24 hours.

We reserve the right to modify the points system, scoring criteria, and update frequency at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify any user or invalidate points for any reason, including but not limited to, suspected botting, spam, or other malicious activities.

The leaderboard is for informational purposes only. A high ranking offers a chance at a whitelist spot but does not guarantee it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to manipulate the points system or create artificial engagement.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquadsLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
